So I called Nationwide today and it turns out that they missed the form arriving on 27 November and forgot to pass it to the relevant team for consideration. They have now passed it on and the team work on a processing target of 2 days, so fingers crossed I'll get the thumbs up by Wednesday.0

Thanks! Unfortunately things are going from bad to worse. It appears when my conveyancers sent back the general enquiries (after sitting on my response for 2 weeks) they didn't think to include all the associated documents such as building regulations, NHBC, gas safe certificate, etc so things are at a total standstill with exchange nowhere in sight. :mad:0
