I have been with 123 debt solutions debt management company for a year i have been happy with there service until recently.
Out of the blue they demanded a percentage fee for them representing me in getting money back from a mis-sold PPI.
I have never asked them to represent me, never signed any paperwork concerning PPI,i searched through the general terms and conditions and in the PPI section it clearly states i have to sign the required paper work, which i have never done never authorised.
Have they broken the terms and conditions,if so what action could i take?

Ask them what the heck they were doing because you didnt authorise them to act on your behalf? And then tell them to stick their 'representation' fee.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it
