If you are after a cordless rapid boil (3kw) kettle, with 360 degree base, nip off to Morrisons where these are in their sale for £9.99. Cheapest I have seen for this type of kettle. Morrisons don't have a picture on their website, but heres one at amazon:

I shop in Norwich, but I presume it's the same countrywide.

I bought one of these, there nice to look at but very heavy to lift.
I have arthritis in my hands so it is awkward for me, but someone with no problems with their hands should find it OK.
It is a good price.:)0 -
In my local co-op for 7.99 in the sale0

I bought one in Macro 6 months ago. Died last week.
Heavy, boils very fast, slow to pour due to spout filter - but needs it to turn itself off. 'Paint' on plastic top comes off rapidly with use.
Overall - could do better.0 -

A bit like George Foreman himself in the TV adverts? Why does he need to sell kitchen products? Maybe Frank Bruno will bring out a toaster soon.NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0 -
I would like a new rapid boil kettle, and it seems a good price, but the reviews here are bad so will give this one a miss.
