how early can i setup a new mortgage ??

My 2 year fixed term mortgage ( at 4.39% btw !! ) finishes september this year.
Was wondering how soon should I start looking to get it renewed, just worries as atm interest rates are increasing, anything I can do about it or do I have to wait til like july / august time to get it sorted ?

Some lenders can issue offer letters valid for up to 6 months.
I've been getting a lot of emails indicating fixed rates are going up - the latest of which was Nationwide
