Yes, you can do that, or you can get home delivery and return an item to a store for refund - with some exceptions that can only be returned by post. The exceptions tend to be certain franchises. I've returned a pair of Dune shoes to store (much quicker as the money goes straight back on your card) but had one dress that I could only return using the prepaid label they sent. I've bought a lot of things recently and only had a couple that were return by post only. For a store refund you need your receipt and the card it was paid for. Very quick though, just go to any till and they are helpful in my experience. With the shoes, I was asked if I wanted to exchange for a larger size, which I was very pleased about as they'd cost £28 down from £70 and the size I really wanted was OOS online so I'd taken a chance with the smaller one. They were more expensive in store but as they were the same type, they exchanged for the same price.VeggieCatLady wrote: »Is this online only or in store too? Anyone else having trouble with the website, it won't let me access my shopping bag0

I was looking at the stockpots and Amazon prices are cheaper even after the discount. I'm after a 24cms, (min 6L capacity) stock pot. Any suggestions anyone??

Can't go wrong with Tefal. I bought mine from Debenhams in Oxford St a while ago for £28 IIRC - I'm sure if I'd bought online code-stacking and further discounts could have been possible. I don't regret the buy, though.I was looking at the stockpots and Amazon prices are cheaper even after the discount. I'm after a 24cms, (min 6L capacity) stock pot. Any suggestions anyone??

it was supposed to be this bag
but once again it looks like its not going to be dispatched and is showing as out of stock again.
the REALLY annoying thing is I must have typed in the email address wrong (fortunately printed off the order page so i have the order number) so we're getting no email updates have to rely on checking bank statement / order status.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
