The prize is subject to availability and all dates for the hotel stay are subject to availability at the time of booking. Immediate cannot guarantee hotel availability on the dates the prize winner would like.
4. The hotel stay is valid for one 2-night stay in a Junior suite for two people starting on a date between 25 January 2013 and 6 September 2013.
5. As the prize is subject to availability, the prize winner should book their hotel stay as soon as possible after they are told they have won to avoid disappointment.
6. The value of the total prize is up to £3000 but may vary depending on the hotel stay dates booked due to high and low season variations. There is no cash alternative if the prize winner is unable to book the hotel stay due to unavailability.
7. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
8. Prize includes a pair of return flights to Paris from any direct Flybe destination. Flights can only be taken on Flybe scheduled services this excludes any codeshare or franchise services. At least 14 days notice must be given when booking. Tickets are strictly subject to availability. Flights must be taken simultaneously and cannot be used on separate dates.
9. The prize will include all of the elements stated in the competition description above but no other food, drink, personal expenditure, spending money or any other incidental costs will be given.
10. The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 2 January 2013.
11. This promotion is restricted to residents of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Entrants and their hotel stay guest must be aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Immediate Media Co and the various prize providers involved in the competition, or their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the relevant promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
12. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. Travel insurance is NOT included and is highly recommended, it is the responsibility of the travellers to arrange.
14. Any amendments (including name changes) to, or cancellation of, the hotel stay made by the winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges, which will be the responsibility of the winner. Any amendments will be regarded as cancellations and a penalty may apply.
15. One entry will be permitted per person.
