Where can I buy plain metal tins (like tobacco tins but bigger)??

I'm really struggling to find something, but figured the mighty all-seeing MSE-rs might be able to help
I am looking for 4 plain metal tins, ideally around the size of a tobacco tin, or a wallet (12x8cm ish?) but a bit deeper (5cm?). Dimensions really don't matter too much though, something slightly different but with approx that volume would still work.
Oh, in case you're wondering, it's to store little armies for a game

I see that: I think survival kit. Google for "metal survival tin" or "mini mess tin" (as in "army food") - lots of paranoid places stock them.
Example here: http://www.edcgear.co.uk/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=CN550
And here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/BCB-Survival-Kit-Mini-Mess/dp/B000N4L34K
Actually, they are both the same tin. But it shows it's widely sold.0 -
Home Bargains have some Christmas design tins in. They are about an inch deep, five inches long and 3 inches wide (rough estimate on size). Although they have Christmas designs, they are only 39p each, so definitely moneysaving. You could spray paint them to make them plain.0

does it have to be tin? - there are loads of plastic boxes (in varying dimensions) with cliptop lids, on the market. Morrisons, for example, have their own range - I imagine most supermarket would have them0

As above, Home Bargains' Christmas ones are a great size0

Sorry for lack of response, my PC died
Sadly no Home Bargains around here... sometimes I miss the north
Plastic boxes are an option but I wanted tins just from an aesthetic point of view (it's a WW2 game).
@quinechinoise thank you, I'll look at survival tins0 -
Try places like garden centres...not seen plain tins but several places round here have union jack tins reduced at the moment which may fit in with your theme....or even look at those keep calm carry on type tins that seem to be everywhere at the momentfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
