Sorry, it must have expired. Think there was only 5000 uses. The only plus to ordering from Zavvi I guess is the slightly higher rate cashback on Quidco.

Hi - I ordered this on the 30th play.com acknowledged receipt of order. I hadn't received confirmation of delivery so I checked my account and it said it was dispatched on 7th December but no email to confirm this. I had wanted it for this weekend (15th as I am visiting niece for Christmas) and I am getting standard response from customer services. They quoted in their email that goods should be expected 3-5 working days after dispatch (which has passed) but that I had to wait until the 17th December! Obviously missing my visit to niece. Did anyone else order this offer? Has anyone else experienced problems/bad customer service from Play.com? Or is this just a one off?
