Good news. This will create a two-speed Europe. No UK government will dare commit us to the fast-track in a treaty change without a referendum, which hopefully would result in a NO. We would then be able to start removing ourselves from the stranglehold of this corrupt, inefficent, wasteful, undemocratic, and damaging behemoth, at least to some significant extent.
