Hi,
Does any one know what the implications are for becoming a director of an already trading Ltd company since becoming discharged.
Are thre any number of years after BR that you need to wait before being named a director.
I was declared bankrupt over 6 years ago (20th Nov 2006) and discharged 5th October 2009.
I work in the family business. We are a Ltd company and reasonably succesfull. My father has spoken of naming me a director but need to know the ins and outs of it before we proceed.
He obviously knows of my situation.

There is nothing preventing you from being a director unless you are still subject to a BRU/BRO.0
