First Plus discrepency interest rate - advice needed

Hi there

First Plus in court over repossession with us on Monday, its a long story and is already in here, so wont re do it all again.

But on my original agreement letter from them i have noticed it says 8.9% apr but on the actual agreement with all the calculations its using 9.9% - plus on the court particulars FP supplied it refers to original starting interest as 8.9% is this something i can use against them in some way. ????

    I would.

Its certainly something that needs to be asked and answered. It might buy you a little more time to pay for instance, or perhaps a little leeway with whoever is presiding.
