Anyone else waiting delivery from !!!!!! Beds?

Having bought a bed a couple of years ago from !!!!!! Beds, and being very happy with it and the service we received, I naturally have ordered a mattress from them now. However, despite emailing and ringing them, I haven't heard back from them regarding a possible delivery date.
Has anyone else been in contact with them lately? i put in the order on 20th November, and average delivery stated 7-10 days, but I was just getting a bit worried as I have heard nothing, and they have been very prompt with replies in the past.

Try putting the name in with a s p a c e between each letter - hopefully it won't be blocked then
