Competency Questions help.

Options
I am applying for a HR job within the Civil Service, and have almost completed the application form. It needs to be in tonight as deadline is tomorrow. However i am struggling with the final two competency questions. My previous job was at a Call Center working on Home Insurance. Any help or tips, examples would be hugely appreciated.
The questions / competencies i am having problems with are below...
1. Improvement and Change
2. Planning and Managing Resource
I no longer work for Natwest, I left in 2012. But i can't change my name..
