Just noticed that the PostOffice/Bank of Ireland mortgage criteria specifically states this:
Communications/mail order arrears will be ignored unless scale/frequency is a cause for concern.

Post Office offer very good rates and I have seen more fail than pass, would fancy your chances better elsewhere..
