Its not something that I know a lot about but it was very *naughty* of the people who gave you the last secured loan as its really that which has tipped you into so called negative equity.

i am going to try and sell my house, in the meantime offer counter payments to my creditors and tell them i am selling. and when the house is sold agree with the creditors the term and continue to pay the outstanding debts without going bankrupt. My friend said I can stay with her until i am finally sorted.
    So what do you think?

    think about sellling with https://www.housenetwork.co.uk

they will get your place on rightmove and the photos are brilliant

It cost less than 500 quid ,but you have to do the viewings youreself, which isnt hard.

I sold with them and they were really really good for the money. But you must have your property valued by 3 local EAS and get a good feel for what your place is currenlty worth. My flat worked out as being worth 45k more than I tohught it was!
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Re the cats. The food/litter seems a little bit high. We have 7 cats who are on James Wellbeloved/Royal cannin(one on a perscription diet) and have 9 litter trays to sort. We spend about £74 per month. This includes 20kilos of Wellbeloved and 4-5 32ltr sacks of wood based cat litter. We were told about the suppliers by a breeder and it has saved us a fortune. They do free delivery and deliver to Scotland(southern) All of the North of England. The midlands. If you want detailes plees feel free ot PM me(dont know if its allowed to post business names on here) like I say going to these people have saved us a complete fortune. Good luck with everything.
