Sell or bankrupcy? all advice welcome!

I earn a decent amount of £2043.00 AFTER TAX, but fell into the trap of getting the secured debt around my kneck. I have £100 p/m to live on not including fuel, will i lose my house although there is negative equity?
do i declare bankrupcy or sell?

Utilities £128.00
