I think I have fully explained why it is foolish. For the price of an extra stamp, email or phone call from a junior HR admin worker... versus at least £25k in legal fees on a discrimination claim, plus you might lose and have a significant award against you...? No amount of need to save a bit of cash or inconvenience justifies such a risk.0 -
