They may ask you, "How have you prepared for this interview?"
And you can reply, "I've been looking at your citizens advice bureau website";)
Good luck for your interview.

is it for advisor training? if so they will probably give you a small test to do (basic math etc....) ask you about you, past experiences ( work, life in general) why you want to do advisor training, what youre expectations are and things like that... good luck and enjoy it, its hard work with loads of training and courses to do but its good fun, you make friends and become you again after staying home (i was in the same boat 3 yrs ago, volunteered, did all the training and now get paid for it ) Good Luck

Very important to be non-judgemental. And you will learn LOADS about debt issues on the DFW board here

I've been doing the job as a volunteer adviser at CAB for 4 yrs. It's an excellent opportunity as you are trained in so many areas. Good luck at your interview, and the main thing is to be impartial.Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless. ~ Mother Teresa0

Hi there

I've worked for voluntary organisations for 4 years and also do volunteer work myself. When recruiting volunteers we always look for trustworthiness, for the volunteer to be impartial and non-judgemental (as others have said ), reliability, and possibly most importantly friendliness and approachability (is that a word? lol)
Good luck with the interview on Tuesday
