Cinnamon Salt Dough Help!

Hi everyone,

I made some Cinnamon Salt Dough decorations last night, i cut them all in lovely christmassy shapes and put them in the oven on the lowest temperature of the oven for just over an hour. When i checked them some were still a little soft so i turned the oven off and left them in there overnight.

The problem is, some look a little white rather than brown??? what did i do wrong?

Hi, I made 4 trays worth on tuesday and dried in the over 2 trays that day. I left 2 trays until yesterday as I needed to get a hand print from one of my mindees who wasn't here the day before. The ones I had left had started to dry and go white. For me it doesn't matter as they are all being painted.
