I put the ? because not sure if all the codes are the same and nothing in terms says you have to retain the packaging. So i will keep an eye out next time i'm at the supermarket to see if the codes are unique or not - be great if others could too.


Terms and Conditions
This Sweepstake is open to all residents of the UK, excluding employees and agencies of Bahlsen LLP and Warner Brothers.
Sweepstake entrants enter through the Bahlsen website at https://www.bahlsen.co.uk entering the code found near the base of the Hobbits products starting with BAH.
The Sweepstake will run from the 18th October 2012 (the "Start Date") and will close at 23:59 on 31st December 2012 (the closing date). Entries made after the closing date are invalid and will not be included in the draw.
Entrant Restictions
The Sweepstake is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the date of their entry.
Only one entry per person.
The Competition
The Sweepstake is a free prize draw.
The star prize winner will be picked at random by an independent judge from the correct entries submitted before the closing date. The draw will take place on the 7th January 2013.
Two attempts to contact the winner will be made after which a new winner will be drawn. Up to two winners will be contacted before the prize is forsaken. Winners must respond to the promoter within 14 days of being contacted. Winners that respond after that period will not be eligible for the prize if a second winner has been contacted.
The Runners Up Prizes
There are 20 The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey goody bags.
Runners up will be picked at random by an independent judge from all entries submitted. The 20 runners up will be drawn on 7th January 2013
The Main Prize/1st Prize
The first prize is a private screening at the Warner Bros Studios in London on Saturday 26th January 2013 for a total of 12 people, including 30 minutes access to the exclusive Warner Bros. Studio bar prior to the screening.
The bar at the Warner Bros Studio is open from 1:30pm and the film starts at 2:00pm on the 26th Janurary.
At least 1 person attending must be 21 or over.

The film "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" is rated 12A. Children under the age of 12 will be allowed to watch 12A films if they are taken by an adult. An adult is classed as someone over the age of18.
The Winner accepts all liability in ensuring that their guests are over 12 or if under 12 have an adult attending. The promoter accepts no liability in this respect.
Food is not included in the prize
The prize is non-transferable and the dates are not changeable, the promoter reserves the right to change the prize for one of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative.
Any winner will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to win and/or participate in the prize.
By entering this promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Use of your details
Each entrant hereby agrees that Bahlsen LLP is entitled to use its personal data (to the extent collected during competition entry) for the purposes of operating and administrating the competition and for the purposes set out in clause 22 below.
All winners agree that Bahlsen LLP may use and publicly display their first name and age on the website. Bahlsen LLP may use, in any and all media, your name, approved photographs and/or recordings, any statement made by you, without payment or further consent. Bahlsen LLP may also require you to take part in such publicity without payment or further consent and such publicity will be owned by Bahlsen LLP forever.
In submitting his or her details, has accurately represented his age and location.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion if it is felt that it is being fraudulently tampered with or abused.
Names and counties of the winners will be available by sending a SAE marked "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" WINNERS to the promoter at the address below before the 31st January 2013.
Any dispute or complaint concerning the competition should be made in written form and addressed to The Promoter, Bahlsen LLP, Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross, Bucks, SL9 7QE
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute to them shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

I have not entered yet as I have not had a chance to be go to the supermarket. If i had i would have checked if they were unique or not and posted. I posted the comp anyway to see if any other compers can also help in checking their supermarkets.
