The DMP was NOT with Abbey/Santander & additional funds were not requested.
Also it's NOT a joint DMP/Mortgage - both are solely in my name.
Will try MBS.
Then something does not add up and no need to capitalise certain words as pretty capable of following.
So when you call Santander about a new product, they do not credit score and how did they know you were on a DMP?
Typically they will offer you a rate, even if on interest only..
Save the phone bill, MBS will not help you here and if they surprisingly did the rates and product fee will not be appealing.I am a Mortgage Broker

Assuming you will revert to SVR of 4.74% then this will be better than any product available elsewhere.
