Hi All,
I'm new to the site, so I apologise if this is in the wrong area.
I am currently looking into immigrating to South Africa and have a hit a factor which I never thought of. I have been told that Immigration actually do a credit check before accepting your application for Permanent Residency and let's just say my credit history is awful. I was wandering if anyone knew where I can find out which credit service they use so I can work towards clearing my credit for good.
Please excuse any spelling mistakes.
I would be grateful for any help and looking forward to hearing from anyone.

I would guess Experian, as according to their soiuth african homepage they are "South Africa's foremost consumer Credit Bureau"“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”
