Snowball - what am I doing wrong now???

Hi, I finally got all the numbers together for me and OH debts. I put them in the snowball - and in the payment section I put a number which I thought was around the minimum payments. When I calculated it - the first months payments were about £300 MORE than the figure I had put in the 'how much do you want to spend' What am I doing wrong?

are you putting your minium £ payment into the percentage box perhaps. Thats the only thing i can think of right off. That way your minimum payments would work out more than you have put in your spend box,.

Hi Thanks, no, I am putting the minimum percentage in the percentage box ... do you have to put minimum £££ payment in as well? Have I missed that ... I will try it. Having a VERY frustrating day today - nothing is going right.
