HI
advice required if possible,
WE had our mortgage agreed in principle but they can't confirm the offer til Jan (6 months in current job). We were not told this by the mortgage advisor and have put an offer in which has been accepted but we obviously can't complete til the new year.
Do mortgage providers offer mortgages which can go through at a point in the future? so we can confirm to the seller that it can definitely go through in the new year?
Thanks

Some lenders are prepared to accept applications from those who have not yest started a job, as long as they have a written offer and start date. Others will accept those in a probationary period.
You may have to make a choice on the speedy option and the best rate, as those two things may not be compatible.I am a mortgage broker.
