Next or M&S for flowers (well plants really)?

So I want to buy someone the holly trees and I have seen them in next and M&S. Just wondered if anyone had used either company and what they thought of them please.

  • I have received flowers from M&S before now, and they have always been longlasting and good quality. Packaging is strong and the flowers have never arrived damaged in any way. I've never received any flowers or plants from Next, though, so I can't help you with this - sorry.

I've ordered plants and flowers from M&S, and never been disappointed. Sorry, I haven't tried Next.

  • I have used M&S on several occasions and Next once. M&S have always provided excellent service and good quality. On the one occasion I have used Next, they were delivered a day late, despite phone calls and promises to the contrary! The flowers were fine though.
  • Thanks. Think I will go with M&S then.

Just about to order and the holly tree on M&S has one bad review. Anyone else had these delivered? They have a christmas tree too but it is 15cm and £30. I can't buy locally only online so if anyone can suggest a good alternative web site it would be appreciated.
  • You could try Crocus.co.uk they have always been fine for me, on time and well packaged. Or are there any local nurseries?garden centres near you that can do deliveries if the recipient is also local?
