Nationwide mortgage timing surprise

Just wanted to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the turnaround of Nationwide on my recent mortgage application. Application went in on the 23/11, valuation on 26/11 and formal offer on the 28/11. I went into a branch to put the application in so having a real person you can contact helped I guess.

Ditto, application 13/11/12, full offer 22/11/12. So far very impressed. Completion due around 06/12/12 so will let you know if all goes through OK.0
