iPhone App for debt/payments?

Hi everyone, hope you're all well.
I'm well along the path to dealing with my finances after posting my SOA a few months ago and taking a lot of advice!
My final struggle is clearing off my CC debt (£4448.63), spread across 6 different cards with different interest rates up to 49.9% which makes me shudder.
My Q is, is there an iPhone App caluclator or a website or anything which allows you to input min payments/APRs/balances and it organises what you should be paying each month to who? I can't seem to sit down and work it out effectively, and I have stupidly been putting the same on each card which I realise is awful due to the really killer rates!
If you know any websites/apps I would love to hear
I did search but couldn't see anything!
Thanks very much

I don't know about iphone apps, but the snowball calculator from the same website that you filled in your SOA is what I think you're looking for:

Why do you need an app?
Minimum payment + £1 on all cards and whatever extra you can spare add to the payment on the card with highest APR.
And stop spending!0 -
I use this to keep track of my debts:
