Mine turned up last week when we were on holiday. Delivery people just left it leaning against the front door but luckily it just stayed there for 4 days until we came home!
Luckily no weather damage and very pleased with the chair although the runners look like they've been used and it has a few dinks in the wood which is strange as everything else is brand new and sealed. Will ring them tomorrow and see what they say but overall very pleased and a good bargain.

Nursery and toys had this for sale a month or so ago and they ran out (i know because l wanted one!)

Or you can get a circular or v-shaped nursing pillow for 4 - 20 quid and use it with any chair.

I've ordered a few toys from here before and delivery was very quick but they missed out one item. I called them about it at 3pm and it arrived at my door before dinner time the next day!
