Costa recipe

Hey guys!

Possible this is in the wrong thread.

I was wondering if anyone knows a recipe for a Costa creamy cooler?

I had one last week and I am addicted (not to the price)

Many thanks

:)

I think it's like a vanilla flavoured creamer (think powdered milk/cream). I'd have thought ice, syrup (monin brand) and either milk and vanilla ice-cream or evap milk and vanilla flavouring would produce something similar.
I don't want to sound preachy but just want to throw in how hideously unhealthy they are for you so don't get too addicted :o

    Thank you for the replies.

Hmmm the powder must be what makes it a bit thicker too.

Oh no! I need to loose 30lbs so I maybe should avoid them then, stick to iced water and go on very special occasions! :(

They're about 500 calories for a small one!!
Try blending ice with a vanilla protein powder shake if you are losing weight.
