Advice on best way forward..

Hi I've lurked on the forum for a while now for advice regarding clearing my debts but would like some specific advice. I don't owe a large amount compared to some, just £2578 in total (from my Noddle credit report). Mostly run up following a relationship breakdown and by losing my job a number of years ago (and then ignoring and hoping it would all go away). I am now employment, have a half decent wage for once and am trying to clear any debt in my name.
At the moment, I have the following debts:
Robinson Way/Capital One CC £397
Vanquis Bank / 1st Credit £344
JD Williams £474
Lowell / Shop Direct / Very £663
Overdraft with Santander £700
The Robinson Way/Capital One credit card debt is now a CCJ according to the credit report but I have never received any correspondence about it or any court documents. The original credit card had just a £100 credit limit (I am guilty here for putting my head in the sand and not paying it off originally) but I have no idea what fees have been applied so it got to £397!!
At the moment, I am only paying the Lowell / Shop direct debt and the Vanquis Bank / 1st credit debt at £4 per week each.
I have tried to contact Horwich Farrelly, who seem to have issued the CCJ on behalf of Robinson Way but despite 2 emails (I am reluctant to phone them) where I have asked for a statement of the account and copies of the correspondence that they have sent, but I haven't seen since 2007 but heard nothing in response.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Many Thanks
