HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00 a.m. British Summer Time ("BST") on April 19, 2007 until 11:59 p.m. BST on May 31, 2007 (the "Promotion Period"), visit https://www.CANDYSTAND.com/uk, click on the Prize Draw link and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form. If you are not already registered with the site, you must first follow the directions to complete the registration process in order to enter. Registration is free. There will be forty-three (43) daily drawings (each, a "Daily Drawing"). Eligible entries received from 12:00AM BST to 11:59PM BST during each applicable day of the Promotion Period will be entered into that day’s Daily Drawing for a chance to win the applicable Daily Prize (as outlined below). Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person/email address/household for the entire Promotion Period. To be eligible for any Daily Drawing, entries must be received by 11:59 PM BST that day. Participation is limited to one (1) entry per person/registered user/email address per day for the duration of Promotion Period. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.



3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random Daily Draws will be conducted following each applicable day of the Promotion Period. Non-winning eligible entries from one Daily Draw will not "roll-over" into subsequent Daily Draws. Draws will be administered by Riptide Media, Inc., an independent judging agency whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable draw.


4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by phone or email within seven days from the conclusion of the prize draw. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted during this time, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the entries which were received before the closing date. In the event that any e-mail to a potential winner is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the drawing at issue. The return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected for the drawing at issue. Each potential winner’s name and county of residence will be posted on https://www.CANDYSTAND.com/uk following the applicable Daily Drawing. Entrants whose names are posted on the web site as winners, however, are not eligible to receive a prize until the verification process has been completed and they have complied with all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

5. PRIZES: Forty-three (43) daily prizes consisting of one (1) of the following eleven (11) items (choice is made by the Sponsor): twelve (12) Packs of Extra Peppermint "The Big One", twelve (12) Packs of Extra Spearmint "The Big One", twenty-four (24) Packs of Extra Ice Peppermint, twenty-four (24) Packs of Extra Ice Spearmint, twenty-four (24) Packs of Orbit Complete Peppermint, twenty-four (24) Packs of Orbit Complete Spearmint, twenty-four (24) Packs of Orbit Complete Strong Mint, thirty (30) Packs of Airwaves Airwaves Blackmint, thirty (30) Packs of Airwaves Cherry Menthol, thirty (30) Packs of Airwaves Menthol and Eucalyptus, thirty (30) Packs of Extra Peppermint. The prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Sponsor. The prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or substitutable except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize or portion of the prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. The winners shall be solely responsible for the costs and expenses, including any costs of installation, associated with the use of the prize. All prize details (including, without limitation, specification of prize, such as colour, method and location of delivery) are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
