my mum tends to stick some celotape onto the tin itself and then the rest just happens. it's never perfectly wrapped... but at the end of the day - it's going to be ripped opened and not examinedTrying to save up for a deposit for a mortgage....could be a while!!

I always turn the tin upside down so the messy bit is at the bottom. You will never get it perfect but mine generally look reasonable.0

if they're circular tins, there's a clip here showing you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=959QOJ0hZ0U0

I normally draw around the tin and cut this out twice for top and bottom, then roll paper around the middle, fold the edges down and then stick the nice cut out shape on top and bottoom to hide the mess x0

as you bring the paper up the side of the tin, make pleats, all the way around, then fold over the top/bottom to sellotape it securely.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!DFW Long Hauler Supporter No 1500
