Asda Price guarantee £100 limit

Hi
I wonder if any of you can answer my question. I've been doing the price guarantee for most part of the year. However in the first few days of both October an November after processing 5 - 6 receipts online I've been told I've reached my £100 limit. On both occasions I've probably reached less than £15.00.
I rang the price guarantee help line in October and the guy told me to use someone elses e-mail address. I explained i'd already thought of this and it didnt work so he asked me to post the receipts to him and he returned the vouchers that were due.
Now i've written to the same department 3 weeks ago asking them why this is happening and to ask them if they are storing my IP address. I've had no reply.
I wonder if any of you have had the same problem and whether they are legally entitled to store my IP address to monitor my claims?
in the meantime i am about to take 20 odd receipts into my local store.

That does not suprise me about asda. I was banned from every asda in the country as they said I was frauduantely using the price guarantee scheme . I wish you luck and I hope you get it sorted0

Yes will do. Since my post i took all of my receipts into my local Asda store ( Rawtenstall) only to be told they can only process the the £5.00 off a £40.00 shop receipts, as they have no time to do the comparison.
There is something suspiciously wrong here.0 -

My belief (based on experience) is that the APG limit works on the physical address details entered.0 -
I've tried different addresses etc thats why I am wondering if the APG is logging my IP adress.0
