  • Thank you, great glitch. The bath soaks are still in stock and showing at 3 for £11.50 but delivery to store is showing as £1.95? Since when did they charge for delivery to store? I had an order deliver last week for nothing.

You have to spend £20 for free delivery to store.
  • Oh right thank you, must be the first time I've spent under £20!

I have slightly messed up my order. Have bought 3 x bath soaks (£11.50 incl free gift - paper bag!). Added 2 x sponges to get free No 7 gift, and then added a cheap body lotion to take it over £20 for free delivery. I forgot to add the 3rd item I could have got for free with the sponges.

Edit: have now looked more closely at the free No 7 gift and don't think it looks as good as previous years when it's had little skincare samples in. This year it's just make-up. Anyone know how easy it is to cancel a Boots order (I paid by paypal)? TIA

From past experience you can't cancel and order with Boots.

You need to refuse delivery of the parcel which will be returned to Boots and you will be refunded via your original payment method.

It is worthwhile emailing or phoning them to advise them that you have refused delivery
