Been given a Christmas food hamper-please help me work out what i can freeze?

If the wrapping is going to be in direct contact with the cake and pudding, use greaseproof paper - not foil. The foil will get eaten away by the acid in the cake/pudding.0 -

I don't think the stained glass cookies will freeze either...If they get a hint of wet they may just dissolve.
I think I'd be tempted to just eat those!
