Help please ???
My husband was dischsrged from bankcupty in 2003 . He took out a loan in 2008 and its clear he can claim ppi from this loan . Is he 'free' to do so , seeing as this loan was taken out 5 years after been served his discharge papers ??
Thanks for help in advance
