Mortgage advice needed

Hi
I have previously been in a lot of debt, all of my own making and fault. I had lots of defaults and 6 ccj's at one point.
I sold my house, paid off every penny owed and am currently renting.
I have 25k equity from my previous property and I've seen a house I really like for 125k so I need a mortgage of 100k.
I have one mobile phone default which is due to drop off in March. I also have three ccj's due to drop off in December, January and Febuary.
My Experian score is 965, know that doesn't really mean much and I've kept one catalogue account just for the purpose of having some credit on my file. I've been ordering one thing and paying it off in full straight away as it's causing me stress thinking I owe any money!
What are my mortgage chances?

With a default and three CCJs visible, I'd say your chances at 80% are pretty slim.
Waiting until the adverse drops off in March will be your best option.I am a mortgage broker. I agree, you will have options now although it will be cost effective to hold off till March.
Also do check Experian and Equifax and ensure there is nothing sinister hanging around on the other credit fileI am a Mortgage Broker

Thank you very much for your advice. I wouldn't even be considering trying to secure a mortgage until the adverse comes off if it wasn't for the fact that I'd seen this house!
Ah well, if it's for me it will still be there in March! Do you guys think I will be able to get a mortgage in March?
I'm a paid up member of Experian, been working hard to clean up my report and clear my debts for the past few years.
Is it worth getting a report from Equifax too?0 -
Absolutely crucial.
I suspect you will be fine come March..
