I've just created one, via an agency.
Been to three other agencys, none of which use it.
I want to get it to be seen by as many people as possible.
So anyone any idea how?
Cheers

Had one for donkey years, only got offered stupid low paying jobs where they obviously didn't bother reading my profile...
I don't think it is worth the time....Nothing beats applying for no more than 4 jobs a day, create a hot CV for each one (not lying, merely highlighting your particular experience of interest and leaving out bits of no relevance so that it stays coherent), spend time on a decent cover letter...And chase up the agencies...I normally call within 5 minutes after e-mailing them, have a general chat, check they have received and make certain they remember my name.....
90% of the time I receive a call back within 2 hours to discuss the details...And then 50% of the time I discover that the Agency has no clue what they are recruiting for and end up explaining what those products and roles actually mean and that there offered rate is about half of what it should be....0
