    Have they actually taken a levy on your property? - if so, what have they levied on?

    Im assuming a levy is when they list the items of furniture etc they will take if you dont pay the agreement. In that case yes, they wrote done items of furniture they are intending to take.

    I am 100% willing to make the payments. I overlooked the small print that said I had to allow 7 days for the payment to reach them. I dont see that its fair that they are now demanding another £350 cash or my goods. I've tried phoning their office and several mobile numbers on letters they have put through my door but no one answers the mobile phones. I'm sitting in my house with all curtains and windows shut just waiting for them to appear :(
