Premium Bonds after discharge?

Hi guys,
I was automatically discharged in July this year, I was just wondering whether I can start getting premium bonds?
And if I win on them do I have to inform the or that I've won any money? I'm currently 13 months in to a 36 month ipa if that makes any difference.
Thanks.

Interesting that you can afford to buy premium bonds when you're on an IPA. Not having a go, just found that interesting as everything I've read seems to allow no leway on your SOA for anything other than necessities plus skyTv kind of thing."Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them." Dalai Lama0

It might be wise to find out first how I'm getting the premium bonds before assuming I'm getting them myself!!
Minimum investment is £100, so instead of birthday and Xmas presents from family members I thought it might be a wise move getting premium bonds instead.
At the moment this is a hypothetical question, I just wanted to know if I'd need to inform anyone before committing to it.0 -
It should not be an issue, if you win the money is yours. It will only affect your IPA if you earned any interest on the winnings. Just the same as the lottery really except you can get your money back.0
