Prize Draw

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Peugeot Motor Company PLC, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 148545 whose registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND.

2.This free prize draw is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Peugeot Motor Company PLC, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. No purchase necessary. One entry per household only accepted. Entries from third parties, bulk entries or entries via agencies will not be accepted.

3. All entries must be submitted by completing the competition entry form. All entries must be submitted on or before midnight on 10 March 2013. If an entry is not received by the closing date, whatever the reason, then it will be excluded. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

4. The first fully completed entry form drawn after the closing date will win seven nights for two adults sharing a double room on a full board basis, including return airport transfers in Barbados and scheduled return flights with British Airways from London Gatwick in economy. The prize is valid until 17 December 2013, is subject to airline and hotel availability at the time of booking and cannot be redeemed in UK school holidays. Once booked the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of all Tropic Breeze holidays and cancellation will result in a loss of the prize. The winner and his/her friend who will be accompanying them must all have a valid passport with minimum six-month validity beyond the return date. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel insurance and any necessary visas for their prize holiday.

5. The draw will be made by an independent person, whose decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. The draw will take place on 11 March 2013. The name of the winner may be obtained after 25 March 2013 by sending a pre-stamped envelope marked 'E-Motion eMag – Barbados' to Alison Stewart, Manager-CRM, Peugeot Motor Company PLC, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND.

6. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the prize draw by email, phone or post. The winner will be expected to participate in any publicity arising from the award of the prize. The Barbados competition is also being featured in Peugeot's customer magazine, Rapport, which is sent to Peugeot customers across the UK.

7. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter will be final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. By entering the draw each entrant consents to the collection and retention by the Promoter of all personal data submitted and to the use of such personal data by the Promoter and its agents for the duration of and for all purposes in connection with the draw.

9. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of the rules of entry. Only one entry is permitted per person over the age of 18.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion in whole or part without prior notice or compensation.
