Equifax needs to get it's act together

How long does it take Equifax to answer a question with their online form. It's been almost a month now, I chased them last week. Quick to acknowledge my banking details though! There is no acknowledgement of your query either. It's a really difficult webpage to find and now it's decided to disable my account. Very useful. No doubt I will have to ring them which I've heard is an equally awful experience. Grrrr

All going ok, 6 out of the 8 appearing as settled now. Just Barclaycard and M&S Money, who have both said they will deal with it after I filed a complaint. How are you JCG?0
