Free with flora light 1Kg tub, a hand held water bottle, you know, the type which you fit your hand through and grip as you are running. Also a pair of red laces, mmmmmm. Really great for those of us training for the Race for Life!!!

Forum police? Darkteckno was just pointing out to the OP that the thread is in the wrong place....so yes it was constructive. Just because you found it useful doesn't stop the thread being in the wrong place.
