Buying bicarb online, where to get it?

Options
Hi, I'm sure I saw on here a link to a big box of bicarb very cheaply but I can't find it (I've tried searching). Has anyone seen it online without huge postage costs? Thanks

A year or so ago I tried to find it cheaply on line without huge postage costs, but I didn't have any success. In the end I got it from a Chinese supermarket - nowhere else could compete on the price.
    Better is good enough.

Is this any good? It is food grade, so may be more expensive than the stuff used for cleaning (though at least you could brush your teeth with it!). Free P&P

Just watch out. Their 1kg, for example, is much more expensive - I got a 1kg tub off Ebay for about £5 delivered. But then if you're going for 5kg or so it could be a good deal
  • there is a company called (i think) the rye spice company. pretty good for that and all types of herbs and spices in big pots.

    hope this helps.
  • I searched high and low for Bicarbonate of Soda in bulk for both cleaning and cooking. I am in Northern Ireland so postage was too high on most websites and we don't have Chinese Supermarkets here. I actually found it was the cheapest with free postage on Ebay through a seller called "hiten303"! But that's for a 5kg bag so I am unsure if that's how much you want to buy... Good luck!
