Nationwide and deposits

Just a quick question. Have AIP with Nationwide and just (fingers crossed) got the house we want. So hopefully in the next couple of days will be filling in the rest of the mortgage application.
Just wondered what documentation they may need, and do we need to give proof of deposit (will be 5%). Think we have most of it at hand, but would like to get it all together so that we are ready to go.
Also anyone know how long on average the Nationwide take to come back with a formal offer?
Thanks for help.
