ybs

Been a ybs mortgage customer from 2007, i have noticed over the last six months they have been pushing up their rates for existing customers and now they have cut the deals to just fixed and have no trackers available, this is a move from what they did have. When you look at new customers deals they are around 2% less on the fix deal.

This in my view is disgusting loyalty especially as they are a building society

Whats other peoples ideas thoughts and views or experience??????

    Stuff loyalty.

Get the best deal for you.

If that means going elsewhere, go elsewhere.

Seems to me loyalty means nothing in this life just batter the big boys for the best deal.

Whilst I have no major love for YBS given some of their inconsistency, try not to take it personally..

Must be their business model and therefore just go somewhere else, jobdone (Could not help myself - bad I know)

    All the best

There's only limited funds for available new borrowers. So YBS could not offer this rate to all existing ones.
