releasing equity

hi can anyone offer advice. i have a commercial property that is paid off. i want to release some equity from it but when i call all the banks they say they dont offer this service. can anyone offer some advice as to what other channels i can take to release some money. thanks

    There are several lenders in this market. Does the property itself generate any income? Is the property owned by a limited company, partnership or in your personal name?
