Help with debt query

Options
Well I have finally grown up and stopped sticking my head in the sand. With a baby on the way my biggest fear was being at home and having debt collectors knocking on the door. From all the letters I have accumulated I have worked out I have 21.5k of debt. I have written to all my creditors and set up my own DMP for the year whilst on maternity leave. I have £130 a month to service these debts. All creditors have agreed to it so that is a massive relief to me. I have also advised that when I return to work part time I will be in a position to increase my payments and hope to be debt free within 6-7 years.

All of my debts are very old so there is no interest being charged and they are all with dca's. My problem is I could well and and am sure I do have other debts but I've tried accessing my credit report on noddle - they can't verify my details. Equifax I gave a username and password today and my card details for the 30 day trial and they can't verify my login although my card details seemed ok and experian I was a member years ago and they want my pin details which I don't have. Part of me thinks I should just crack on with the 21.5k I know about and if any other letters come through the door sort those out as and when but a big part of me wants to see the full picture after all I got into this debt and should pay it all back. Can anyone advise me on what I should do. I have been in debt since I was about 20 but I realise that a lot of these will be off my credit report now.
My other query is my partner has debt of only around £2k which we are paying back. He has defaults we think but no CCJ's. Realistically is there anyway once his debt is cleared and if we have a good deposit that he could get a mortgage? He earns £19k and I earn £23k I know with my credit problems it will never happen but could he get a mortgage with my wage being taken into account and is there someway that although the mortgage won't be in my name I have some legal tie to it as our money is all in and we are very much a partnership but I would want to safeguard myself.
Thanks

Have they said why they can't verify you? Last time I had any hassle they just wanted a few documents scanned and emailed to them to confirm checks. Experian should be able to verify with your current details or a past credit report ref number. Need to push on that as there is no reason why they should need a previous account pin to verify you for a statutory report. In fact, you have a right to your statutory report, and as long as you can provide info to prove who you are then they are obliged to supply it no matter what.
