Help Accessing credit report

So I have tried Noddle they can't verify my details tried equifax set up a username and password can't verify me- exepian say I have an account and to input my pin but I don't have a pin (I must have signed up ages ago), not sure what to do now? I put my card details into equifax so just want the 30 days free but how will I end my monthly sub to them after the free 30 days if I can't get into look -so frustrating!

You can send off for the report with a £2 fee go to the website and look for the statutory report, I am not sure what info they will need you to send, but I imagine photocopies of identity documents and proof of address.
Been here for a long time and don't often post
