what is SOA and OR? im new

I dont mind going without a mobile but then be classed as another debt as they are still in contracts?

OR- Official Receiver, the person who deals with all your financial affairs during BR until discharge.

SOA- Statement Of Affairs, all your outgoings and income, you can either put up what you are doing at the moment and look at trying to cut back to pay off debts or to prove to yourself that BR is the option or what will be the income and outgoings during BR, if during BR the OR "allows" some things but not others.

If you go BR with the car on HP it will be re-posessed, the outstanding will go into your BR.

with £60K of un-secured most want it paid off within ten years at the outside, so even with frozen interest and charges you are looking at £500 a month, even 20 years £250 a month and that is assuming no charges or interest, very unlikely.

You need to talk to the charities mentioned earlier, they will look at the "big picture" and advise you more than we can ever do.
every time I manage to get one more breath into this body, I will sing a song of thanks to you my brothers, my sisters, my friends, may your sleep be peaceful, and angels sing sweetly in your ears.
